Trivia
- The Theme Decks in Legendary Collection were the first to include a special 61st card, a random Mirror Reverse Holofoil card from the main set. Wizards also did this with the e-Card Series Theme Decks.
- Unlike Theme Decks before, Turmoil was the first to include three rare cards.
- The Non-Holofoil versions of Dark Blastoise and Dark Raichu are exclusive to this deck. This version of Dark Blastoise can normally be found in the Team Rocket expansion, however, while Dark Raichu is a Secret card of the same set.
